Getting Started (Online Portal Walkthrough) - 30 mins (Group, Online) A quick onboarding session that is available to new members. The session is designed to help you to: - access the Members Portal - book sessions correctly - understand where to view your bookings in your account - navigate the portal **This is not coaching or spiritual development Q&A.** This session is strictly to help you get set up. Booking for this session closes 2 hours before the start time. **Runs only if booked:** if nobody books on, the session won’t run. **Booking confirmation:** if your booking isn’t visible in your online account, it isn’t booked - please rebook.

Onboarding Portal Walkthrough Booking Policy This onboarding session is a short, practical set‑up session designed to help you feel confident using the Members Portal. Booking & Confirmation - All onboarding bookings must be made in advance through the Members Portal/website while logged into your account. - Your booking is **only confirmed once it appears in your online account**. If it doesn’t show in your account, it isn’t booked - please rebook to secure your place. - This is a **group session** and will run **only if at least one person has booked on**. If no one books, the session will not take place. What This Session Is (and Isn’t) - This onboarding is for **portal navigation and booking support only**, such as: - logging in and finding resources - how to book sessions - where to view your bookings in your account - a brief overview of credits and renewal cycle - This session is **not** a coaching session, spiritual development session, reading, or personal Q&A. Please bring spiritual development questions to your live development sessions inside the Academy. Attendance & Cancellations - If you can’t attend, please cancel or reschedule with at least **2 hours’ notice**. - Missed onboarding sessions cannot be carried over or refunded. Session Access & Punctuality - Zoom doors open at 8.50am for a prompt 9am start. - To maintain a calm and uninterrupted space, late entry may not be permitted once the session has begun.
