Cancellation Policy

Online Spiritual Development Sessions - Booking Policy To protect the quality, safety, and calm flow of our sessions, please read and follow the policy below. Booking & Confirmation - All sessions must be booked in advance via the Members Portal. - Members are responsible for booking their own sessions within their plan allowance. - Your booking is only confirmed once it appears in your online account. If you cannot see it in your account, it isn’t booked - please rebook to secure your place. Attendance & Cancellations - Please attend the sessions you book, as spaces may be limited to maintain an intimate and supportive experience. - If you can’t attend, please **cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice** so another member can take your place. - Missed sessions **cannot be carried over or refunded**. Session Access & Punctuality - Zoom doors open at **7:20pm (UK time)** for a prompt **7:30pm start**. - To maintain a calm and uninterrupted energetic space, **late entry may not be permitted** once the session has begun. Recordings - Online sessions may be recorded for Academy learning and replay purposes. - Recordings may include video, audio, and chat contributions. - By booking, you consent to this recording. If you prefer, you are welcome to keep your camera off and/or use a screen name (where platform settings allow). Community Values - By booking, you agree to honour the respectful, confidential, and nurturing space we hold for all members. - What is shared within sessions is private and must not be shared outside the Academy.
