This Psychic & Mediumship Reading is a focused 30-minute session offering intuitive insight into present-life themes, with the possibility of mediumship connection if loved ones in spirit step forward. Psychic insight works with what’s influencing you right now – emotionally, energetically, or situationally. Mediumship, when it occurs, involves communication from the spirit world and is always led by whoever chooses to come forward. Spirit communication cannot be guaranteed. This is an informational reading, designed to offer awareness, perspective, and evidential insight rather than coaching, clarity work, or decision-making support. Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy carefully before booking your session. Booking & Payment All Psychic & Mediumship Readings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your 30-minute session is reserved exclusively for you. Once booked, you will receive confirmation and joining details for your online session via Zoom. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your session. Sessions rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice may be moved to a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed Sessions If you do not attend your session or arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered missed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Scope of the Session This is an informational psychic and mediumship reading. Please note: -Mediumship communication cannot be guaranteed -Specific loved ones cannot be requested -This session does not include coaching, clarity work, or decision-making support If you are feeling stuck, misaligned, or at a crossroads, a Soul Alignment Clarity Session may be more appropriate. Safeguarding & Confidentiality Sessions are held in a confidential, respectful, and professional space. However, confidentiality has ethical and safeguarding limits. If serious concerns arise, including risk of harm to yourself or others, disclosure of abuse, or situations where safeguarding obligations apply, appropriate action may be taken to protect wellbeing. This may include seeking advice from or making a referral to relevant safeguarding or support services. Where possible, concerns will be discussed with you unless doing so would increase risk. Refunds Refunds are not offered once a session has been booked. Technical Responsibility Sessions are held online via Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space. Technical issues on the client’s side do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling. Age & Parental Consent Readings are available to clients under 18 only with written parental or guardian consent. A signed consent form must be completed before the session.
