Cancellation Policy
In-Person Spiritual Development Sessions – Booking Policy All bookings must be made in advance through the Members Portal or website once logged into your account. Members are responsible for booking their own sessions within their plan allowance each month. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session starts to settle in and respect the energy of the space. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the circle has begun. If you’re unable to attend, please cancel to allow another member to take your place. Missed sessions cannot be carried over or refunded. Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate, supportive, and safe group environment. By booking, you agree to honour the respectful, confidential, and nurturing space we hold for all members.
