Cancellation Policy

Online Spiritual Development Sessions – Booking Policy All bookings must be made in advance through the Members Portal or website once logged into your account. Members are responsible for booking their own sessions within their plan allowance each month. Please ensure you attend the sessions you book, as spaces are limited to create an intimate and supportive experience. If you can’t attend, please cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to allow another member to take your place. Zoom doors open at 7:20 pm for a prompt 7:30 pm start. Once the session begins, admission may not be permitted to maintain a calm and uninterrupted energy. Missed sessions cannot be carried over or refunded. Online sessions are recorded for Academy learning and replay purposes. Recordings may include video, audio, and chat contributions. By booking, you agree to honour the respectful, confidential, and nurturing space we hold for all members.
